Star Wars Exhibit Opens Tomorrow in Huntsville, AL
What do NASA, Boba Fett, boiled peanuts, and June 25th all have in common? That's right! The official Star Wars exhibit is coming to the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL, and it starts tomorrow (just kidding about the boiled peanuts, sorry)! For the first time showing in the Southeast USA, the Star Wars exhibit gives geekasms to die-hard fans with the freedom and ease of Obi-Wan influencing Storm Troopers' minds. Highlights include a large-scale model of the interior of a Jawa sandcrawler, and Star Wars props and artifacts from the set, as well as models and examples of actual prototypes being developed of starships and task-oriented robots. The exhibit runs starting tomorrow, June 25th, through September 6th, and tickets are on sale now at the US Space and Rocket website (http://www.spacecamp.com/landing/starwars/). The premier is actually tonight, with time slots from 9 pm to midnight, but the tickets for anything before 10:30 pm have already been sold out, so reserve your ticket ASAP!
